So I had a chance to update our family Crescent logo. Our original logo consisted of a crescent moon shape going full circle, with two hearts inside the middle.

Our new logo (pictured below) has the crescent moon, this time open ended, symbolizing the expansion in our family. Inside the moon is the Chinese symbol for "double happiness", symbolizing our two daughters, also represented by the letters "E" and "B" inside the symbol.  Inside the crescent moon you'll find the top portion filled with fire, while the bottom is filled with a rode pattern, symbolically representing "Ying & Yang" , meaning all the ups and down, good and bad in our lives. In conjunction, you'll find an "M" and "G" in the center of the crescent the perfectly intertwine with each other. Maria and I are the balance of our family. We control the ying & yang, as she balances me and vice versa. The accents are there just for cosmetic reasons, although they work to connect all the elements in the moon. Last piece of the puzzle is the sideways triangles, which in turn is another symbol of the balance of energies in our family. Before we got together, I would always have dreams of Gabriel. Every night I see him in my dreams and I would wake up smiling and thinking about him all day. I didn't understand why he would always pop in my dreams, but now I know why. My dreams came true!

Let the Magic Begin...

Today I surprised Maria by taking her to Disney's Grand Californian Hotel!

My long elaborate plan was finally in it's last stages of completion, and in full motion. Phase 1: Viva Las Vegas! The first step was to tell Maria I was going out of town to Las Vegas this weekend for my good friends Abby's 30th Birthday (Happy Birthday Abby!!!).

Gabriel and his surprises!!! He said that He and I were going to Las Vegas this weekend for our mini vacation, but instead He surprised me by taking me to Disney's Grand Californian Hotel. Once we arrived at the Grand Californian Hotel, I was very confused and surprised all at the same time. Once again, I am full of smiles and very much happy because of what he does for our relationship. I can't wait for what else is to come for this weekend. I love you, my mahal! You are wonderful and thank you so much for all the things that you do! Muah!!!

Today was such a beautiful day! After a long talk last night with Gabriel and not enough sleep for the both of us, He decided to have lunch with me on my lunch break. I love it when he is spontaneous and full of surprises~! He made my day. After having lunch with him, I went back to work very happy and full of smiles! I love you very much, my mahal!
